Shipping policy
PLEASE NOTE:
We only ship to the United States at this time and we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Also, please be aware that some items are final sale (i.e. autographed books and book plates, print-on-demand items such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, and tote bags).
For orders that we pack ourselves (i.e. jewelry, beach bags, autographed books) please allow 2-3 business days (M-F 9am-5pm PST, excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 business days to let you
know your order is on the way! We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, but we are a small, family run operation, so your understanding is appreciated.
For orders that are POD (like T-shirts, tote bags, and mugs), these are shipped through a third-party service. Please allow 5 days for processing and 3-8 days to receive your order. These items are not eligible for return, but please reach out if something is damaged.
Free shipping is available on orders over $75 with the code MakeItComeTrue.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For items eligible for return (i.e. beach bags, jewelry) we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, If the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full purchase amount minus original shipping costs and $5 return shipping.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@KatieDelahanty.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
