Where is Keystone 3?

It's coming! It's called Revelation and clearly it has been delayed. Here's what happened: My publisher canceled my book contract for Keystone 3 and, on the SAME day, I also had a movie I'd written that was in development get canceled. All of that sudden rejection was crushing, and I lost my confidence. Enter writer's block. Ugh. No fun. It took a lot of soul searching to crawl back, to see the crumbling as an opportunity to step into my power. But I'm happy to say I'm writing again! I've decided to self-publish going forward and have been navigating doing everything myself (and loving it!). In between Incognito edits, I had started a new romcom series, and Waiting for a Girl Like You was closer to being done than Revelation, so it will be the first book I publish. But stay tuned for more updates and please accept my deepest apologies for the delay. I want to see how the Keystone series ends, too!

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

At this time we only ship to the United States.

How long does shipping take?

For orders that we personally ship, we do our best to ship within 2-3 business days of the order being received (M-F, excluding holidays). From there, it depends where you live. We ship from Los Angeles, so orders usually arrive within 3-8 business days from when we ship them.

For print-on-demand orders that drop ship (T-shirts, Mugs, Tote bags) please allow 5 days for processing then 3-8 days for shipping. (But hopefully you receive your order sooner!)

How do I track my order?

Click on the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email you received.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over $75 ship free with the code MakeItComeTrue.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Please email info@KatieDelahanty.com to request a return.

Please note, personalized items like autographed books and book plates, as well as print-on-demand items such as T-shirts, mugs, and tote bags are final sale and are not eligible for return. Please reach out if the item you received is damaged, however.

Items shipping from Los Angeles, like beach read beach bags and jewelry ARE eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We offer $5 flat rate shipping for returns.

Once a return is received and approved, your credit card will be refunded the original purchase amount minus original shipping fees and $5 return shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like print-on-demand t-shirts, mugs, and tote bags, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), autographed books, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus any original shipping costs and minus $5 return shipping) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@katiedelahanty.com.

How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the return once we receive it. We'll refund your credit card at this time, but please note it may take a while for the refund to appear on your credit card statement (though it can appear in as soon as two days). If the refund has not appeared within 30 days, please contact us and/or your credit card company.

Can I exchange for a different item?

The easiest way to exchange an item is to return the current item and place a new order for the replacement item. We'll refund your credit card once we receive the product you are returning. If you order a new item, we will wave the $5 return shipping fee when we process your return.
